Garnishes and accompaniments are nice and all… but sometimes all you want is CHEESE!

Lately it seems like cheeseboards and “charcuterie” boards are everywhere you look! Social media is flooded with videos on “how to slice this cheese” and “how to style a salami rose” and themed boards for all occasions and holidays. I personally LOVE all the attention cheese is getting! The more people that are excited about serving cheese, the better it is for the whole industry. But let’s not stress out this holiday season by assembling lavish grazing spreads with a million different components. I’m here to remind you that cheese itself is a beautiful thing! Snag some inspiration from the photo above and consider putting together a “just the cheese” board this holiday season.
